In a lot of pain

I've been going at it hard getting ready for my red belt test. I've had six hours of class time this week and today managed to hyper extend my right arm. It feels like it is out of socket or something. Last time it felt this way I was able to get it back to feeling right by lifting a dumbell over my head and down my back with the arm that was having the issue. It seemed to pop it back.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

No suggestions, but I hope you feel better really soon! Take an anti-inflammatory like aspirin or ibuprofen!

Well crap in a bag. I have no idea what to tell you except get well soon!

I'm already feeling better. I used the dumbell like I had in the past and took two aleve. It hurt for many hours and I think the aleve made me a bit sick to my stomach but I already have some mobility back. Thank goodness. Last weekend's karate session had me in bed the entire day thereafter, it was grueling and I hadn't been going on Saturday's. Aleve has been my friend these last two Saturdays.
