You are lucky that I haven't had the hiccups around you! I get them BAD. Hic! Hic! They're more like gasps than hiccups. Freaky, I know.
 

I don't know, some noises drive me a little crazy. They make my eye twitch.

It isn't so bad when there are other noises or distractions but if it is quite and you hear hiccuping for like twenty minutes straight it is maddening.
 

That doesn't bother me. Now, my father clicking his nails in some bizarre attempt to file one down with the others...*that'll* nearly drive me to violence.
 

I think it depends on the person. My daughter does this hiccup/burp thing and it GROSSES me the hell out. I think sneezing is the worst. Ecspecially when people add a "noise" along with the sneeze...like they're yelling or something. What's up with that?

The sound of someone constantly coughing drives me batty . . . perhaps we're obsessive-compulsive.
