Puerto Rican Plans to Build UFO Landing Strip

Okay, so this blog is really weird with all the space talk and robotics etc.

This post is no different.

A 39-year-old Puerto Rican has dedicated himself to building a UFO landing strip. According to CNN, belief in UFO's is widely held here.
